Putative PcaR-binding sequences in the Pseudomonas sp. NGC7 genome and conservation of vanAB, vanR, and pcaR among Pseudomonas species

Description

This dataset contains supplementary data for the study on the transcriptional regulation of the vanillate O-demethylase genes (vanA4B4) in Pseudomonas sp. NGC7. Data sheet 1 lists genes with a putative PcaR-binding sequence (5′-CGNTNANCG-3′) in their promoter regions, identified by a genome-wide search of the Pseudomonas sp. NGC7 genome (BAAFZY010000001.1). Data sheet 2 lists the Pseudomonas strains used for phylogenetic analysis, and Data sheet 3 shows the conservation of vanA4, vanB4, vanR, and pcaR homologs among these strains. Detailed descriptions of the search conditions, annotations, and column definitions are provided in the accompanying READ ME file.
