STXM-NEXAFS data at C(K) and Fe(L) absorption edges of fungal hyphae (PSI - Psilocybe subviscida, PAI - Paxillus involutus, GYM - Gymnopus confluence) grown on silicon nitride membrane windows alone or in contact with quartz (Q) or goethite (Q).
