Description

The attached files are R script and Excel file containing data from a laboratory experiment (Data) and a small additional data collection (Data_response) requested by the editor (referee). Using both datasets, replication.R creates all tests, tables and figures of the paper. The only exception is Table A1 which was taken directly from raw data.

The script generates all tables, figures and tests in the same order they are presented in the paper.
