This dataset provides comprehensive, hourly steady-state optimization results that accompany the research article "Impact of Natural Gas Composition on Green Hydrogen Blending Capacity in the Portuguese High-Pressure Gas Network" (Energy Conversion and Management: X). The data was generated using a nonlinear programming (NLP) model, implemented via the IPOPT solver. It details the precise thermodynamic and fluid dynamic behaviors of a 62-kilometer high-pressure transmission corridor (the Sines-Setúbal backbone in Portugal) under maximum green hydrogen (H₂) injection scenarios. The simulation strictly evaluates varying baseline chemical compositions derived from real-world global Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) import profiles. To support independent scientific validation and reproducibility of the paper's findings, this dataset exposes the intermediate operational variables calculated by the solver that govern the network's constraints. The provided Excel file is organized into two distinct sheets: 1. Nodal Results - This sheet contains localized thermodynamic and operational data for the 6 abstract network nodes (1 injection source and 5 heavy industrial off-takers). 2. Branch Results - This sheet details the physical and fluid dynamic parameters across the 5 high-pressure pipeline segments connecting the nodes.
