The data were generated based on the Digital Elevation Model (DEM), sourced in 2022 from the National Geodetic and Cartographic Resource (Państwowy Zasób Geodezyjny i Kartograficzny). The statistical variability of pixels for the following topographic attributes was analyzed: Altitude, Aspect, Slope, Planar and Vertical Curvature, and TPI within defined statistical zones. Based on scalar and circular variability measures of these attributes (partial criteria), three Raster Continuous Morphodiversity models were created: RCM, RCMc, and RCMcm. The modeling results were compared with alternative morphodiversity models: Aggregating Ratings (ARV, ARS, ARR) [1], Supervised Classification methods using Neural Networks (SC-ANN), and Terrain Relief (TR) models [2]. The dataset includes all the data used to create the RCM model variants and the alternative models.
