RNA-Seq data of human colon cancer samples in TCGA database were used to further screen the core genes of PCDD/ FS-induced colon cancer.A total of 220 genes related to PCDD/ FS-induced colon cancer were screened by network toxicology.

Steps to reproduce
Firstly, The toxic targets of PCDD/Fs and the targets related to colon cancer were collected by network toxicology and pharmacology to obtain the intersection targets between the two, and then the RNA-seq data of colon cancer related genes were downloaded from The cancer genome atlas (TCGA) database. The expression matrix of intersection targets was obtained by R language processing, and the core genes were further screened by machine learning method.
