Data collected for the pilot and Exploratory Factor Analysis for a new inventory to measure employee engagement (in Spanish). The items are 5 point likert were made to measure four dimensions of engagement proposed by Kahn (1992): Attentiveness (items 1-7), Conection (8-19), Integration (20-24), and Focus (25-36). Reverse items are: 12, 13, 14, 19 (already reversed in the dataset). Missing values = 999. 215 responses collected on paper in 2019.
