Re-analysis of sphingolipid metabolism gene expression in human cortical snRNA-seq atlases

Description

This dataset provides the source data, analysis scripts, reference gene sets, and high-resolution files for Figure 3 of our manuscript. It supports numerical reproduction of panels A–D from the specified SEA-AD and Siletti single-nucleus RNA-sequencing datasets. The package includes the exact Siletti nucleus selection, cell-type expression summaries, sample-composition tables, top-20 gene results, lysosomal-module analyses, detailed methods, and file checksums. The primary h5ad files are not redistributed but are identified in the accompanying README.
