Steps to reproduce
All GIS vector and raster data were downloaded from mentioned sources, converted into a 10m x 10m cell size raster data on a uniform projected stateplane Maryland_FIPS_1900 , and analyzed using the "Suitability Modeler" and “Weighted Sum '' in ArcGIS Pro 3.1.0.
