Download and extract 'Grants_Part_2_Timeline_and_Verification_Files.zip' to audit official administrative timeline documentation, including the funded NIH Egrant file ('4016280_Egrant.pdf' for award RF1AG057928), proposal tracking files ('EgrantAAZ.pdf') for 1R01NS099161, and local abstract verifications ('1-16-IBS-008_Andjelkovic-Zochowska.pdf'). 3. Open the primary manuscript data repository located at DOI: 10.17632/xs4hrrz26y.1 to access the full-length, uncropped primary manuscript instrument captures ('CLDN5 young old bv.tif' and 'GAPDH young old_bv.tif'). 4. Cross-reference the lane configurations, sample volumes, and surrounding background architecture of the uncropped publication files against the exploratory pilot data in Folder 1 of this repository to visually and chronologically verify that they represent completely separate biological mouse cohorts. 5.
