Description

The experimental animal license number is SCXK(Zhe)2019-0001 andSCXK (Jing) 2019-0001 ,and the Experimental Animal Ethics number is202109A022. In this study.LP was used to treat the model of postmenopausal hypercholesterolemia . Our findings shed light on the mechanisms behind the lipid-lowering effects of LP, and suggest that reconstituting the intestinal microbiota to correct bile acid abnormalities may be a potential treatment for postmenopausal hypercholesterolemia. All statistical analyses were performed using GraphPad Prism 7.0(GraphPad Software Inc.), correlation analysis of the heat map at https://www.originlab.com/ and intestinal flora data analysis and drawing on https://www.genescloud.cn/home.
