Data for operant conditioning of group-housed sows under practical conditions

Description

This set includes raw animal behaviour and performance data. It also contains R scripts to analyse the learning performance of gestating sows using signal-feeding and to compare lesions and productivity of conventional and signal-feeding EFS. Furthermore it includes hardware design files for a current loop communication relay as well as the source code of the software used for the study. The hard and software information is provided to the degree to which the rights are owned by the author.
