The data are useful to study on soil characteristics with respect to Cd concentration in rice organs in different cultivating rice paddy systems. These data also can be used to analyze the Cd accumulation and total removal of heavy metals in different cultivating systems and explore the reason that how does the iron plaque form in different cultivating systems and block Cd uptake by rice.
