Description

Ochre fluorescence under ultraviolet dermoscopy has been described in melanoma and suggested to be associated with tumor invasion. Its absence in acral melanomas, even in invasive tumors, suggests that this feature is influenced by anatomical location and should be interpreted in its clinical context.
