Reproducibility Package for Feasibility-First Evaluation of Workplace EV Charging Under Departure Uncertainty
Description
This reproducibility package accompanies the manuscript “Feasibility-First Evaluation of Workplace EV Charging Under Departure Uncertainty: Dual Endpoints, Bounded Offline References, and Cross-Context Validation.” The package supports implementation-level specification and verification of the feasibility-first evaluation protocol used in the study. It contains first-party materials for ACN provider-side acquisition, audit, transformation, split reconstruction, schemas, evaluation contracts, package-safe tests, frozen evidence ledgers, publication-table source material, and vector figures supporting the reported results. For the NREL Workplace Charging Data provided by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), the package contains construction definitions, evaluation contracts, and verification evidence for the reported family construction, target-feasibility, offline-reference, method-comparison, sensitivity, and bootstrap results. Raw ACN session records and raw NREL provider data are not redistributed and remain subject to the applicable provider terms. Users must obtain the source datasets separately from their respective providers. The package supports reconstruction of the ACN preparation workflow after provider-side data acquisition and verification of the deposited ACN and NREL evidence. It is not presented as a packaged end-to-end NREL provider-to-result pipeline or as an end-to-end public rerun of every manuscript analysis. First-party research evidence, documentation, tables, and figures are licensed under CC BY 4.0. First-party software components are licensed under MIT; see LICENSE and LICENSES.md in the archive. The scientific contribution supported by this package is a feasibility-first evaluation protocol for workplace EV charging under departure uncertainty, including ex ante population eligibility, separate requested-departure and actual-disconnect endpoints, target-specific offline feasibility assessment, Exact/Tight/Bounded reference provenance, and matched method-to-reference comparison.

Steps to reproduce
1. Download and extract the reproducibility package. 2. Read the package README, reproduction-scope documentation, schemas, evaluation contracts, and reproduction-entrypoint material before running any first-party utilities. 3. Obtain the original ACN-Data source records separately from the official ACN-Data provider. Raw ACN records are not included in this archive. 4. Use the included first-party ACN acquisition, audit, transformation, and split-reconstruction materials to reconstruct the ACN manuscript inputs locally from provider-obtained records. Run the included package-safe checks and verification steps as documented. 5. Obtain the NREL Workplace Charging Data separately from the official provider. Raw NREL provider data are not included in this archive. 6. Use the included NREL construction definitions, schemas, evaluation contracts, frozen evidence ledgers, and verification artifacts to verify the family construction and the reported target-feasibility, offline-reference, method-comparison, sensitivity, and bootstrap evidence. 7. Use the included publication-table source material and vector figures to verify the manuscript display artifacts against the frozen evidence supplied in the package. The archive is intended to support implementation-level protocol specification, ACN provider-side reconstruction after lawful source-data acquisition, and verification of the frozen ACN/NREL evidence and publication displays. It does not provide a packaged end-to-end NREL source-transformation pipeline and is not presented as an end-to-end rerun of all manuscript science.
