Steps to reproduce
Data were obtained from OLT port-performance snapshot workbooks for PON1–PON18. For each PON workbook, we extracted the single traffic-flow series used in the forecasting experiments (port_in_flow_speed_bps) and exported one one-dimensional file per PON. The public release contains only the flow values; timestamps and other source fields were excluded. The files were generated with a Python workflow using pandas and spreadsheet export, and integrity was checked with SHA-256 checksums.
