Diabrotica virgifera virgifera LeConte eCry3.1Ab resistant and susceptible neonates midgut gene isoforms, sequenced by PacBio Iso-seq. Raw sequences were proceed by SMRTLink v5.0 and Cupcake ToFU. The Diabrotica virgifera virgifera LeConte genome assembly v2 (GCF_003013835.2) were used as reference. Genome annotation file (in GFF format) by above Iso-seq isoforms are also provided.
