Description

Data uploaded provides BCR repertoire sequencing data present for the Muir et al., publication in PLOS Pathogens (2026). Different MBC subsets (Resting, Activated, TLM) of the IgM and IgG BCR heavy chain isotypes were bulk sorted from PBMC samples and repertoire sequencing performed on these. Data uploaded is the raw .fastq files ('Fastqs' folder). Data below contains: - Fastqs (Individual raw fastq reads from each donor and isotype) - Required for processing through presto and ChangeO - Shell script containing the generic commands used to run immcantation via singularity

Steps to reproduce

- To annotate reads, please adapt the command script in this data repository for your system. - To create igphyml trees, use a standard BuildTrees command from ChangeO (remove CDR3, and use default selection parameters) - To perform evolutionary analysis, follow instructions in the GitHub link (below).
