Based on comprehensive literature research and in-depth interviews with flight crew members, a structured questionnaire was developed. The questionnaire covers four primary categories: (1) demand and satisfaction survey, (2) classification management and supply investigation, (3) demand forecasting and personalized services, and (4) feedback mechanism effectiveness. These categories include a total of 28 secondary indicators. The research team conducted on-site surveys at the Logistics Support Department of China Southern Airlines (Beijing Company), distributing and collecting questionnaires from 300 flight crew members. The sample consisted of 100 pilots, 150 flight attendants, and 50 air marshals.
