Due to the non-specific symptoms, especially cardiovascular symptoms without cutaneous changes, it is easy to be misdiagnosed as acute myocardial infarction. Anaphylaxis in some patients with coronary atherosclerosis often occurs in clinical practice, which makes the differential diagnosis of these conditions extremely important. We aim to integrate metabolomic and gut microbiome profiles to reveal potential biomarkers for distinguishing fatal anaphylaxis and acute myocardial infarction.
