Dataset of Geochemistry and PAHs for Middle Jurassic Coal Samples in the Yan'an Formation, Ordos Basin

Description

This dataset consists of original measured data of coal samples from peatlands of the Yan'an Formation, Ordos Basin, Middle Jurassic, mainly including geochemical data (inorganic and organic) and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) data. The data is used to support research related to "Climate-driven Changes in Fuel Properties Regulate Wildfire Regimes in Middle Jurassic Peatlands", which can reflect the paleovegetation composition, paleoclimate evolution and paleowildfire activity characteristics of Middle Jurassic peatlands, and provide basic data for revealing the interaction between climate, wildfire and vegetation as well as the mercury cycling mechanism in peatlands.
