Steps to reproduce

1. Using keywords to establish searching strategies 2. Establishing the perspective so-called 'P–O axis' to represent the dichotomic types of science-policy interfaces and process of institutionalisation. 3. Establishing four stages of institutionalisation and find the common keywords in each stage. 4. In-depth review is conducted to find information before and after keywords in the collected articles.
