Description

This dataset contains the analytical-replicate-level measurements (n = 3 per parameter) supporting a preliminary case study on the multidimensional quality and safety assessment of three aromatic medicinal plants (Zingiber officinale, Zataria multiflora, and Foeniculum vulgare) obtained from a traditional herbal shop in Tehran, Iran. Parameters include essential oil composition and yield, water content, ash content, heavy metal concentrations (Cd, As, Pb), and radionuclide activity concentrations (²³²Th, ²²⁶Ra, ⁴⁰K). Values below the limit of detection or minimum detectable activity are flagged accordingly. This dataset supports the manuscript submitted to Food Additives & Contaminants: Part B.
