These data reveal a significant enrichment of butyrate and its derivatives in both the tumor microenvironment and the bacterial secretome, identifying the L. murinus–butyrate axis as a key driver for remodeling the immunosuppressive microenvironment and enhancing the efficacy of PD-1 blockade in advanced gastric cancer.
