32 Hatha yoga experts having at least 5 years of experience in teaching and research were chosen through convenience sampling and informed consent obtained for validation. Out of 32 experts, 27 responded including 8 PhDs in Yoga, 9 PhDs in Swasthavritta and Yoga, and 10 MDs in Swasthavritta and Yoga. This table represents the demographic details of experts.

Steps to reproduce
Through convenience sampling, the experts of Hatha yoga having at least 5 years of experience in teaching and research were selected. Out of 32 experts, 27 responded to validate the intregrated yoga module including 8 PhDs in Yoga, 9 PhDs in Swasthavritta and Yoga, and 10 MDs in Swasthavritta and Yoga.
