In the Industry 5.0 vision, there is a focus on humans and their interactions with ma-chines, as well as the use of digital twins and modeling. However, there is not enough attention given to the role of human users of digital products, particularly managers in digital supply chains. Although there have been advancements in managing physical objects in supply chains, managing non-physical objects such as values, ideas, strategies, etc., remains a challenge. Without the digitalization of these non-physical objects, it will be difficult to achieve the goals of Industry 5.0 and create value for consumers.
