Daily surface solar radiation across China estimated from high-density meteorological observations by random forest model framework

Description

This dataset contains two data products, site data (Daily Site SSR) and grid point data (Daily Grid SSR). Daily Site SSR: Introduces a high-precision estimation model that integrates multi-source data fusion and the spatio-temporal random forest algorithm to provide more accurate and reliable estimated SSR at 2379 stations in China during 1980-2020. Daily Grid SSR: The station estimated SSR data is interpolated into grid data by thin plate spline interpolation method, and the resolution is reasonable at 0.5° × 0.5°. lat=arange(18,54,0.5), lon = arange(72,136,0.5).
