List of drug metabolizing enzymes in phenobarbital-treated rat liver quantified by liquid chromatography mass spectrometry using FFPE samples

Description

Quantitative protein profiling of rat liver focused on drug metabolizing enzymes. FFEP and FrFr rat liver tissues applied to the proteomic analysis. Samples were digested by trypsin and labeled with mTRAQ reagent. Tryptic peptides were analyzed by nLC-Orbitrap in DDA mode. MS data were searched against UniProt using Mascot.
