Steps to reproduce
1. Bacterial isolation 2. Bacterial screening Bacterial isolates were screened for nitrogen fixation, phosphate solubilization, and IAA production. 3. Identification of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria using 16S ribosomal RNA Sanger sequencing Bacterial isolates from step 2 were selected for molecular identification. Pure cultures were grown on NA and YEM, and colony PCR was performed to amplify the 16S rRNA gene.
