This article is about 304 stainless steel surface performance study, by sandblasting and chemical etching method to obtain different surface morphology of 304 stainless steel surface, to obtain ideal surface performance, etching time is the only variable in this experiment, surface microstructure can be observed by scanning electron microscope ,we can obtain the most appropriate etching time.
