To reproduce the results, open the uploaded file (Anonymized_Data_CU.sav) in IBM SPSS Statistics. Perform a factorial ANOVA or ANCOV. A on the post-test conceptual understanding scores (Post_CU) across the treatment groups (Group) and gender (Gender), using pre-test scores (Pre_CU) as the covariate
