The data of siderophile elements directly constrain the genetic relationship, thermal evolution stages, and parental material properties of winonaites and IAB iron meteorites by revealing element ratio correlations, the residual melt-liquid differentiation model, and isotopic characteristics. These results not only resolve the controversy over the genetic relationship between the two types of meteorites but also provide key constraints on the differentiation mechanisms, thermal history, and role of impact events of early solar system asteroids.
