Affordable Housing Owners Survey data

Description

The context-validated questionnaire was developed and administered online from 2024 to 2025 via two professional data platforms (https://www.surveyplus.cn; https://www.credamo.com/home.html). Using targeted sampling, 463 ownership-oriented affordable housing homeowners in Beijing were surveyed. A multistage validation protocol was implemented, including checks for logical consistency. Data completeness was high as the online survey mandated full completion.
