The data was collated from a set of Road Cutting Permissions (RCPs) issued by NDMC (New Delhi Municipal Council). These RCP were issued in the period between 2019 and 2023. The data identifies multiple fields like Date of issue, Agency name, gov / private, Road cutting window date begins, Road cutting window date ends, Road cutting window period, RR charges, Security charges, Other connection charges, Type of utility, Location of the road cutting, Cut method, length, Total number of pits, EE responsible for restoration of road.
