Flow cytometry data (fcs files) and metadata of monocytes of critically ill patients.

Steps to reproduce

These fcs files have been transformed and normalize to facilitate reproduction of our analyses described in the manuscript (Schmid, Unger et al.). The metadata file allows to link samples to corresponding patients and time points.
