Steps to reproduce

Primers: Cox1F (5' TTTTTTGGTCATCCTGAGGTTTAT 3') and Cox1R (5' ACATAATGAAAATGACTAACAAC 3') Sequencing Technology :: Sanger dideoxy sequencing Cox1 and regions were assembled using Sequencher 5.4.6 software, and sequences were compared against the GenBank database using NCBI BLAST (http://blast.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Blast.cgi). Intraspecific variations were assessed using CLUSTALW (https://www.genome.jp/tools-bin/clustalw).
