Supporting de-identified survey data and blank questionnaires for a prospective pilot study of multicomponent mentoring for women in STEM
Description
This restricted and blinded deposit contains the research materials supporting a prospective single-group pre-post pilot study of a multicomponent mentoring intervention for women in STEM. Survey responses were collected using an adapted 26-item Mentoring Competency Assessment with a seven-point Likert response scale. The instrument covers six domains: Effective Communication, Aligning Expectations, Assessing Understanding, Fostering Independence, Addressing Diversity, and Professional Development. Participant names, contact information, institutional identifiers, open-ended responses, consent forms, and other sensitive or directly identifying information are not included. Access to the deposited materials is restricted to authorized editors and reviewers during the peer-review process.
