COMSOL model files (COMSOL version 5.4) for the analyses described in the manuscript. Model S1 computes the deformations when the eleven interrogated model parameters are varied independently (a separate `study' is used for each parameter). Model S2 computes deformations when the five most influential model parameters were varied simultaneously. Model setup and parameters are described in the manuscript.
