Description

Version 3 updates the repository documentation and R scripts to align with the revised analytical strategy. The longitudinal analyses are now documented as generalized least-squares models with an AR(1) correlation structure and include expanded model reporting, diagnostics, estimated marginal means, complete-case sensitivity analyses, and reproducible figure generation. The hierarchical regression script also incorporates improved influence diagnostics and sensitivity analysis. No participant-level data or substantive variable values were changed from Version 2.

Steps to reproduce

To reproduce the analyses reported in the manuscript, use the dataset titled “Dataset for composite index construction” to verify the principal component analysis (PCA) used to derive composite indices of psychological inflexibility and emotional well-being. Standardization procedures and T-score transformations are described in the manuscript. To replicate the longitudinal analyses, use the dataset titled “Dataset for linear mixed-effects models (LMMs).” Conduct linear mixed-effects modeling with assessment time (Pre, Post, Follow-up) as a repeated measure and group (Experimental vs. Wait-list Control) as a between-subject factor, including the covariates specified in the manuscript. Analyses were performed using IBM SPSS Statistics (version 31). Model specifications and statistical thresholds are detailed in the Methods section of the manuscript.
