EN Incubation of rat liver with 6-ND - high-resolution LC-MS acquisition data of the supernatant as a function of time - Large-scale study of 6-ND metabolism. Available are the .mzML files of the LC-MS chromatograms and the batch of the peak processing procedure using the MzMine software, exported by the batch function of the software. The four files correspond to the four time points of the incubation, of 0 minutes (starting point), 5, 20 and 60 minutes. With these data, it is expected that researchers interested in the metabolism of this molecule will be able to replicate what was done in the 2025 FAPESP LFR report and even identify fragments that had not yet been identified at the time of this report. Estão disponíveis os arquivos .mzML dos cromatogramas de LC-MS e o lote do procedimento de processamento de pico usando o software MzMine, exportado pela função de lote do software. Os quatro arquivos correspondem aos quatro pontos de tempo da incubação, de 0 minutos (ponto inicial), 5, 20 e 60 minutos. Com esses dados, espera-se que pesquisadores interessados no metabolismo dessa molécula consigam replicar o que foi feito no relatório FAPESP LFR de 2025 e até mesmo identificar fragmentos que ainda não haviam sido identificados no momento deste relatório. Steps to reproduce
EN Download the mzML files, load them in a project with MzMine and load the batch procedure. The resulting extracted chromatograms should be the same as my final report for FAPESP. The feature list can be exported and inserted into the software Skyline, to observe the peak variation throughout the incubation. PT Baixe os arquivos mzML, carregue-os em um projeto com o MzMine e execute o procedimento em lote. Os cromatogramas extraídos resultantes devem ser os mesmos do meu relatório final para a FAPESP. A lista de características pode ser exportada e inserida no software Skyline, para observar a variação do pico ao longo da incubação.
