MAG extract and female Culex pipiens refractoriness

Description

This is the raw data for choice and no choice trails of MAG extract injections on female mating behavior. We hypothesized that MAG extracts would cause females to not mate with males due to the seminal fluid proteins contained in the MAG. We allowed males to mate with females injected with MAG extract, saline, or nothing, and then recorded the number of females per cage that had sperm in their sperm storage organs. This data was analysed and interpreted as part of a manuscript.
