Description

The study aimed to evaluate the impact of a structured digital detoxification intervention on sleep quality and audio-visual reaction time in young adults. Participants underwent assessments at three time points: baseline (pre-intervention), after one week of digital detoxification, and after two weeks of digital detoxification. Outcome measures included sleep quality and reaction time parameters. Sleep quality was assessed using standardized questionnaires, while reaction time was measured using validated instrument-based testing methods. The dataset includes participant demographic characteristics, baseline measurements, and follow-up assessments recorded at each evaluation point. The repeated-measures design enables the examination of changes in sleep quality and reaction time over the intervention period and facilitates longitudinal analysis of the effectiveness of digital detoxification among young adults. Researchers may use this dataset to explore associations between digital device usage, sleep behavior, and cognitive performance, as well as to conduct secondary analyses related to behavioral interventions targeting digital wellbeing
