Description
"Dataset of Lung CT images, Tripura” provides DICOM images of patients from Atal Bihari Vajpayee Regional Cancer Centre, Agartala. These DICOM images are classified into abnormal and normal databases with the help of Radiologists of the Regional Cancer Centre. This is the first dataset of lung cancer originating from North East India. Our research presents an image dataset of Lung CT images of patients of Tripura with 4000+ CT images. Steps to reproduce
1.We have created a database of Lung CT images which has DICOM images of 50 patients suspected with lung cancer. 2.There are CT images of 32 male and 18 female patients. 3. They belong to rural and urban areas of North east India including Mongolian population of India. 4.We have separated the database into two parts abnormal and normal database according to doctor’s annotations of medical images. 5.CT images in this dataset are raw DICOM images. Further, we have provided a labelled dataset of 200+ DICOM images which are labelled with the help of doctors from the department of Radiology, ABV RCC. 6.The size of the database is approx. 2GB. 7.The dataset provided here is to be used in the analysis of lung cancer and for development of machine learning models as well as deep learning models.
