Description

We investigated the relationship between photosynthetic fractionation (εp, calculated from the carbon isotopic composition of phytol (δ13C)) and dissolved CO2 concentrations (CO2 (aq)) using a globally distributed set of core top sediment and suspended particulate matter samples. The dataset here includes site locations, oceanographic variables, carbonate system parameters, δ13C, εp and CO2 (aq).
