Reproducibility data and code for auditable wind turbine early fault evidence promotion
Description
This complete update contains reproducibility data and code for auditable wind turbine early fault evidence promotion. It retains the original simulation and processed field evidence and adds three revision analyses: controlled availability selection at fixed within-role availability, a bridge to the original trailing-three-capture confirmation window, and threshold sensitivity with healthy verification burden and verifier utilization. Fine-grained masks, counts, scores, frozen configurations, paired seed summaries, main and supplementary figure/table source data, and portable execution and independent numerical audit scripts are included. The included results are numerical simulation outputs and derived observational/mechanism evidence, not new physical measurements. They do not establish general field automatic-warning efficacy or acceptable maintenance cost. Third-party raw Sonkyo and Aventa recordings are not redistributed; their source DOIs and access routes are supplied. File descriptions, data dictionaries, provenance, checksums and reproduction instructions are included. AI-assisted preparation and author verification responsibilities are disclosed in PROVENANCE.md.

Complete reproducibility archive. README.md describes the folder structure; FILE_DESCRIPTIONS.csv describes each file, including table dimensions and column names; SOURCE_DATA_MAP.csv maps manuscript figures and tables to data. REPRODUCTION.md provides execution instructions, and MANIFEST.csv provides SHA-256 checksums. The revision folder contains A, A1 and B formal outputs, scientific configurations, portable code, Figure 6/Figure S1 and source tables. Original scientific files remain in analysis, config, scope_care, scripts, reports and article_assets. No third-party raw archives or confidential editorial files are included.
