Description

The LC MS dataset of the aqueous extract of Bacopa monnieri cultured under in-vitro culture conditions (in Murashige and Skoog media) as explant and hairy root culture are submitted. The excel sheet enlist the details of putative phytocompounds produced in both the extracts under given experimental conditions. The file names are descriptive of the in-vitro propagation conditions along with morphologies. The LC MS chromatograms of both the conditions were compared.

Steps to reproduce

The key steps to be followed included micropropagation of an explant of Bacopa monnieri in MS agar media. One of the explant was infected with Rhizobium rhizogene and allowed to propagated in MS agar for production of hairy root culture. The propagated plants were extracted after defined time interval, aqueous extraction was done and phytocompound profile was analysed using LC MS. The data set is the comparative assessment of the LC MS profile of the two harvests
