Integrated freight train rescheduling and dynamic railcar flow rerouting under unexpected events

Description

All input data used in the study, including station information, initial empty car distribution, railcar flow (commodity OD pairs with volumes and departure times), are generated based on real-world operational data from a regional railway freight network. The raw data have been desensitized and restructured into a standardized format.
