Description

Raw sequencing data associated with microbial analysis in study of gut microbiota from Puerariae lobatae Radix-dosed mice prevent chronic high salt induced kidney disease. 16S file includes 16S rDNA sequences of feces from CON、PLR and HS droup mice, while 16S-FMT file includes 16S rDNA sequences of feces from CON、PLR-FMT and HS-FMT group mice.
