Description
Input data for DFT calculations and the stiffness tensor of the W1-xAlxB2 structure of P6/mmm and P63/mmc polymorphs. Images of indentations made with a Vickers indenter with loads of 150 and 300 mN. Images of the panel during measurement of the thermal conductivity of the deposited coatings. Steps to reproduce
File K1c: Images of indentations made with a Vickers indenter with forces of 150 and 300 mN. After unpacking and opening the main catalog, you can find subsequent catalogs with varying amounts of aluminum added to tungsten boride in the form of layers. Subcatalogs contain photographs of indentations made with a load of 150–300 mN. Based on the crack length, it is possible to determine fracture toughness according to the publication by B. Lawn, A. Evans, D. Marshall, Elastic/plastic indentation damage in ceramics: the median/radial crack system, J. Am. Ceram. Soc. 63 (1980) 574–581, https://doi.org/10.1111/j.1151-2916.1980.tb10768.
