This dataset contains the original source data for the figures presented in the manuscript, including full uncropped gel images, original blot images, and flow cytometry data files. All files are provided in their original formats without processing or compression and were used for the generation of the corresponding figures in the manuscript.

Steps to reproduce
The uploaded files contain the original source data associated with the manuscript. Gel and blot images were obtained directly from the imaging system and are provided as full, uncropped images. Flow cytometry data were generated using standard experimental procedures and analyzed as described in the Methods section. These files were used to generate the corresponding figures and quantitative results reported in the manuscript.
